Yoga Instructor

Eileen Manela

Yoga the way it is meant to be. Eileen took her first yoga class in college over 25 years ago, and she knew she found her "sport." As well as strengthening the body, she remarked at yoga's ability to calm the mind and spirit. She is enamored with the lifestyle and culture of yoga and is eager to introduce/share that experience with others. Eileen is a certified 200 HR Kripalu instructor, dedicated and connected to yoga. She often has said yoga changed and saved her life several times. She has been trying to interest her young adult twin sons to practice, and holds out hope! In addition, Eileen practices as a psychotherapist.
